Welcome to the first-of-its-kind group leadership coaching circle for those doing healing work in the world—trauma-informed, social change, DEI, gender-affirming, or reproductive, climate and/or land justice. If you’re seeking a supportive growth environment where integrity meets strategy, the invitation here is to “de-program and prepare.” Investigate your defaults, learn how to indigenize spaces, and systematically prepare yourself to step into luminescent leadership. Expect to emerge empowered and with a new group of friends and lifelong resources.

Hi, I’m Kelly (they/she)
A genderfluid human—and social entrepreneur for over 20 years—I’m honored to hold space for healing leaders who do healing work because I believe in our wisdom, light, and innate leadership.
My role as a Trauma-Informed Leadership Coach is to empower you to trust yourself, remind you to rest when needed, teach you how to be strategic, and prepare for the resistance that comes with more visibility.
My new book, Heal to Lead: Revolutionizing Leadership through Trauma Healing is part of my vision—for more than half of humanity to heal from childhood trauma, so that we may reimagine and rebuild the world together. I see healing leaders as the wayshowers who inevitably face adversity because of the light they bring; that’s why this group.
I’m also a Certified Usui Reiki practitioner (Level III) and a Cuddlist® Trained Practitioner. I love with an open, curious heart and adventure with calculated abandon. A plant empath, my conscious double-Scorpio nature pairs well with a warm cup of butterfly pea flower and cardamom tea.

Who is this group for?
This first-of-its-kind group leadership coaching circle is for those doing healing work in the world—trauma-informed, social change, DEI, gender-affirming, or reproductive, climate and/or land justice—seeking a supportive growth environment. Some participants have been (or are likely to be) threatened by those who resist, oppose, or attack what they represent. All participants believe that they can serve as a reminder of what healing looks like.

What is the investment for group coaching?
High-Conscious and Balanced is $500/mo for 4 months ($2,000 total). There are no additional fees. This investment in yourself includes:
- A space curated exclusively for healing leaders
- Two (2) group sessions per month via Zoom; 90 mins each, recorded and accessible through Google Drive
- Two (2) Integration sessions per month via Zoom; 90 mins each
- Direct access to Kelly via email and WhatsApp (not a group thread)
- Private LinkedIn group for members
- Signed copy of Heal to Lead
- Reduced rate on 1:1 coaching sessions (optional)
Do you offer scholarships?
Yes! Each cohort includes one (1) partial scholarship (50% reduced rate) and one (1) full scholarship. If you are in a season where financial support is needed, check the box in the form below.
